Full throttle!!!

Last Monday, I visited ISOPLUS Germany with Gunnar Zwerrenz. After a very warm welcome from Alexander Langner and Axel Kirstein, we went straight into #production. Their enthusiasm for their company and products was immediately contagious.

Particularly impressive was the #welding system, which automates complex work steps and significantly increases both #efficiency and #quality in production in #Sondershausen. It is a great example of how technical #excellence can be integrated into #everyday production while simultaneously providing huge benefits for both employees and the business.

I am taking away many new impulses and look forward to further developing them with our #team. #Collaboration is not just a buzzword for me, but the foundation for #innovation and sustainable #success.
